Ingredients
4-5cucumbersabout 4 cups when peeled and chopped
3celery stemschopped in big chunks
½" gingerpeeled
Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions
Wash and pat dry all ingredients.
Peel and roughly chop the cucumbers and ginger. Cut celery stems into large pieces.
Add all ingredients to a juicer. Give the juice a good stir.
Pour in two short glasses, topped with ice if required.
If using a blender:
Chop the ingredients into smaller bits.
Add to blender along with 1 cup water.
Blend everything until smooth and then strain.
Notes
The juice should be served immediately. If there is leftover, store in an airtight bottle for 2-3 days maximum.
