Ingredients
1/2cupchopped curly parsleycan use flat-leaf parsley as well
2tsplemon juice
1/8tspsaltor to taste
2tbsptahini
2tbspOlive oil
water as required
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients in a small food processor/ blender. Start with just a small amount of water and add more if required.
Blend until smooth.
Serve cold with bread, chips or vegetable sticks.
