Served over ice, this mango and lime cooler is a refreshing summer drink. I often make it at the beginning of mango season when the mangoes are not so sweet but as tempting as ever. A little pepper adds a nice kick to this cooling drink!

Ingredients
1ripe mango(~1 cup mango cubes) it’s okay if it is not so sweet
juice of 1 lime
1tbspcastor sugaradjust to taste, use any sugar substitute or agave syrup
Peel the mango and cut into chunks. Discard the stone.
Put the chopped mango in a blender along with all other ingredients and 500 ml water. Blend until smooth.
Taste and adjust the seasoning.
Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour the mango drink over the ice cubes. Enjoy chilled!
Notes
Black salt (which is actually pinkish in color) is used a lot in summer drinks in India because of its cooling properties. Use regular salt if you do not have black salt.
