Stir 1 tbsp ground flaxseed with 3 tbsp water in a small glass or bowl.
Set aside for 10 minutes till it thickens and becomes gelatinous like liquid raw egg.
Use in your baking recipe as a 1:1 substitute for eggs.

If you are allergic to flaxseeds (I know some people are!) you can also use ground chia seeds to make chia eggs instead of flax eggs as an egg replacement for eggless and vegan baking.
